1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Furtect website ("Website") and your purchase of products offered through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are described on the Website as accurately as reasonably possible. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the delivered item. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms; in such cases any payment already collected will be refunded.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed by contacting support@furtect.com. After this window, orders enter automated fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled or modified. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for options after delivery.

5. Payment and Billing

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (including major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay). Payment is due at the time of order. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available within the United States only. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays), with standard delivery typically taking 5–14 days thereafter. Full details, including tracking and delays, are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and the hygiene exception for opened or used pet products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Where a product page expressly advertises a money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies as described on the product page.

8. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Some products may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at signup, until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your customer account or by contacting support@furtect.com. Cancellation stops all future charges and shipments.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval. We will notify you in advance of any price change to your subscription; continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Failed payments: If a recurring charge fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause the subscription until payment is completed.
• Orders already billed and shipped under a subscription are subject to the same cancellation and return terms as one-time purchases.

9. Product Use and Pet Safety Disclaimer

Our products are intended for use with pets as described on the applicable product page. Always read and follow the product instructions, supervise your pet when introducing a new product, and discontinue use if irritation or unusual behavior occurs.

Information on this Website is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Furtect products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Natural repellent products can reduce, but not fully eliminate, the risk of parasite bites and are not a replacement for veterinary parasite prevention or treatment. If your pet has, or you suspect your pet has, a medical condition, consult your veterinarian.

10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

You retain all warranty and consumer protection rights granted by applicable law. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Furtect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of Furtect or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
